Living Realty Featured in the South China Morning Post

HONG KONG – Living Realty Inc., Brokerage, and its partners at the Living Group of Companies, are no strangers to exposure in the Chinese-language media of greater Toronto. Over the last couple of years alone, Living Realty events have been covered in Chinese Real Estate Weekly, SingTao Daily, and Condo Life – just to name a few!

While the Group has been a proudly Canadian organization, we’re also proud of our strong relationship with Chinese investors and potential immigrants. So, as you can imagine, we were pretty excited when the South China Morning Post – one of Hong Kong’s most popular English-language publications – got in touch with the Living Group’s Chairman Stephen Wong for an exclusive interview.

The end result was this excellent feature, which goes into depth on Living Realty’s strong relationship with not only Chinese investors, but also new immigrants to Canada.

Here are some of our favourite highlights from the article:

  • An overview Living Realty’s international focus areas for home marketing – which include not only Hong Kong, but also mainland China, Taiwan, Singapore and Thailand. The Post notes that more than 80 per cent of the brokerage’s agents and brokers come from Asia, making the group uniquely positioned to serve these markets.
  • A look at some of the company’s most notable collaborations with Hong Kong brokers and developers, including a major role in the development of a condominium community at Yonge and Wellesley (downtown). It also highlights our recent partnership with Henderson Developments, a Canadian company, in constructing, marketing and managing Centro by Scarborough Town Centre, a major Toronto condo project.
  • A look at the near future for the Living Realty, including more low-rise opportunities for Asian investors (North York and the west end of downtown).

The article also includes a shout-out to many of our friends and collaborators in the development community, including Menkes Developments, Fernbrook Homes, Urbancorp Developments, and Liberty Development.

Always willing to provide real estate insight, Stephen Wong is quoted multiple times as he shares not only his knowledge of trends in the investment market, but also some of the secrets to Living’s success when working directly with Asian clients and markets.
