MARKHAM – Amid a month of exciting changes as Living Realty moves into its new Head Office, the brokerage’s top-performing agents – and some new ones – got together on Wednesday, July 16th to relax, catch up, and reflect on the year’s achievements to date.
This year’s annual “Summer Event” was held at the City of Markham’s Mandarin Golf and Country Club, a highly-regarded private course that we were pleased to feature in last year’s York Region Golf Guide. Things got underway in the afternoon, as some agents took to the links for a round of golf or, out on the driving range, a free introductory lesson to work on their swing.
The dinner portion of the evening kicked off with a welcome from Woodbine Branch Manager David Wong, and a keynote speech by Living Group of Companies’ Chairman Stephen Wong, who commended Living Realty’s sales team on their hard work and excellent results so far in 2014.
Stephen’s remarks were followed by appearances from each of the branch managers – David Wong, Alan Cheung from Mississauga, Chris Tam from North Markham, Kelvin Wong from ICI, and Alan Wu from North York – who took the time to welcome and recognize the newest agents on their respective teams.
Then, it was time for the entertainment – a stellar lineup that included acrobatics displays, stunning vocal performances, and even a grand finale performance by Lady Gaga (or at least, as fine a tribute to her work as one can find in Greater Toronto!).
Once again, the most highly-anticipated moment of the night saw Stephen Wong and David Wong taking the stage to announce the winners of the lucky prize draw, taking home two iPad Minis: Stella Lo from the ICI branch, and Mississauga branch’s own Christopher Ho.
On behalf of GTA Real Estate News, we’d like to thank and congratulate all the hard-working sales representatives, brokers, and head office staff who joined us once again for this special event! As always, the complete album of Summer Event photos can be found on the Living Realty Facebook page– while you’re there, feel free to “Like” the page so that you don’t miss out on future events!
