On this page, we present Durham Region real estate data so you can see what is happening with home sales in the region. We collected the data by looking at the monthly releases of data by the Toronto Real Estate Board, going as far back as July 2011 – the earliest point at which we could find the majority of the Durham Region real estate data that we felt was important to analyze.
Among the data, you will find historical average sales prices for Durham Region, median prices, inventory numbers, historical price changes, benchmark prices and much more. The data for each month matches the numbers released by TREB immediately after the end of that month and is presented without any alteration. New numbers are released each month and, as soon as possible, we will update the Durham Region real estate data charts on this page with those numbers.
We began putting together our real estate statistics pages because we noticed that there were lots of opinions about real estate in the GTA that didn’t necessarily match the numbers we saw. We hope that by looking through the data, you can gain an understanding of the real estate market in Durham Region and make your own conclusions about what is happening.
